How to protect your all internet browsers like Google chrome, opera, Firefox, Safari and Internet explorer by hackers?


Time have changed and things also have gone too far beyond normal human thoughts. In the present modern world, generally many people have a bad habit of using others computer without asking them and also searching way for entering in others privacy and they enjoy others privacy by stealing their password and username from their computers without knowing them. Generally, we save our password and usernames in browsers for fast login and switching accounts. In that case to prevent yourself from these types of peoples use some tricks to protect your privacy by locking your browsers with a password. So, that now if somebody tries to open your browser without your permission they do not enter in your browser because now your browser will be password protected. Now it will always ask your passwords when you open your browser on your computer if you don’t know password it should be locked now, in that case, nobody can enter in this browser and nobody can steal your private data from your browser.

1. How to protect your Internet explorer

Now to set up password for your internet explorer use given below steps

1. open run search box by using Window key+R. Then type given below code in it and press enter

2. After that, a new tab will be open in it. Now we click on the general option and then click on create password option to set password in it. The figure is shown below

3.After clicking on create password option a new pop screen will be opened in it Now we set our password and then click on the ok option to set password for internet explorer. The figure is shown below

4. Your internet explorer will be password protected. Now whenever you open the internet explorer browser it will always ask you for your password and keep away the unauthorized person from accessing your browser without your permission.

2. How to protect Google chrome 

Now to set up password for your chrome browser follow given below steps

1. First of all, open your chrome browser and go to option then go to More tools and then click on Extensions. Figure is shown below

2. Now in the Extensions option click on ‘get more extensions’ and wait for a few seconds now your chrome web store will be opened in your browser in a new tab.

3. After opening chrome web store in new tab we saw a search option at the upper corner of the left sidebar. Now we type PassBrow in it and press enter to search this extension on chrome web store.

4. After few seconds results will be displayed on your screen related to your search now we click on PassBrow – Password from chrome and click on add option in it to add this extension in your extension list.

5. After adding it to your browser go to extension window where all extension will be seen by using step first and search for that extension in it.

6. Now click on the enable option on that extension and also check for incognito window and then select the option which is given below it (allow incognito window helps you to also protect you incognito browsing in your browser). the figure is shown below.

7. Now click on this extension from your browser which is shown at the end of the address bar of your browser. After clicking on it set password and fill all other required fields for this extensions and click on the ok option to set password to your chrome browser.

8. Your Google chrome browser will be password protected. Now whenever you open the Google chrome browser it will always ask you for your password and keep away the unauthorized person from accessing your browser without your permission.

3. How to protect Safari browser

Now to setup password for your safari browser follows these steps.

1. First of all, we go to system preferences in your safari browser and then click on parental controls option in it.

2. Now click on Lock sign in it to edit the user access and then search for safari which will be shown in limit applications.

3. Now you saw that safari is marked now simply unmarked it from here.

4. Now again simply click on the Lock sign and exit from the system preferences.

5. Your Safari browser will be password protected. Now whenever you open the Safari browser it will always ask you for your password and keep away the unauthorized person from accessing your browser without your permission.

4. How to protect your Opera browser 

Now to setup password for your opera browser follow these steps

1. First of all open Opera browser then click on Opera menu which is given at the uppermost corner at the left side of your browser. After that click on Extension option then click on get extensions option. Figure is shown below

2. Now a new tab will be open in it opera add-ons will be opened. Now type Set password for your opera ( opera lock ) in search box which is given at the upper corner of the right side  on the page and press enter to get result related to our search

3. After that result is shown in your browser’s screen now simply click on the first extension shown on the screen and then click on Add to opera button in the extension. Figure is shown below

4. After installation completed a new pop-up screen will be opened on your screen it will ask you for set new password for opera simply enter your password in it and the click on ok after that a new pop-up screen will be also opened on your screen it will ask you for close your browser and lock your browser by your given password. Figure is shown below

5. Your opera browser will be password protected. Now whenever you open the opera browser it will always ask you for your password and keep away the unauthorized person from accessing your browser without your permission.

5. How to protect your firefox browser 

Now to set up password for your firefox browser follow these steps

1. First of all, open your firefox browser and then click on the option (open menu) button and then simply click on Add-ons button in it to open extensions in Firefox browser otherwise apply shortcut ctrl+shift+A to open extensions in firefox browser

2. Now in Add-ons option simply type Master password + in the search box and press enter then wait for few seconds results will be shown on your screen now simply click on Install button to add this extension to firefox browser.

3. After that restart your firefox browser and then again click on option button and then click on customize option to customize your extensions.

4.then search for Master password icon on left side and drag it to the menu on the right side to add it to the menu.

5. After that click on the Master password icon from menu option and select set master password option or directly apply shortcut Alt+L to set the master password for your browser.

6. After that a new screen will be open in it now you will enter your password and then click on startup option which is given below. In startup option now clicks on ask for password on startup and after that click on the ok option to apply these password to your browser.

7. After that, it always asks you for the password at startup. Your Firefox browser will be password protected. Now whenever you open the Firefox browser it will always ask you for your password and keep away the unauthorized person from accessing your browser without your permission.
